  • The Más Flow 5K takes place on Saturday, November 21, 2025 at Ascarate Park, El Paso, Texas.

  • We recommend arriving between 5-6 PM. Pre-race DJs start at 5 PM, and the race starts at 7 PM sharp, so come early, get settled, and enjoy the music before you run.

    The post-race rave ends at 10 PM.

  • The official course map will be available soon!

  • Yes! Spectators are welcome to come cheer and enjoy the vibes.

  • No, pets aren’t allowed on the course. But they are welcome on the Ascarate Park grounds as long as they’re on a leash.

    Note: To receive a finisher medal, you must complete the race.

  • Yes! The race grounds are open to spectators too!

  • Yes. All participants will receive a timed bib, and your time will be automatically recorded when you cross the finish line.

  • No gear check will be provided. Please plan to travel light.

  • Packet pickup will take place November 18-20. Exact dates, times and location will be announced closer to the event.

    Note: Race-day packet pickup will also be available for $15 per order.

  • Confirmation number and photo ID of original purchaser (or clear copy)

  • Yes! Just bring the confirmation and picture of purchaser’s ID (a phone picture works!)

  • Easy! The purchaser can grab everyone’s packets, or your group can pick up individually.

    Just have the registration confirmation + a photo of the purchaser’s ID ready (phone pic works!).
