  • The Más Flow 5K takes place on Sunday, September 28, 2025 at Dvorak Park (1119 W. Cullerton St, Chicago, IL 60608).

  • The party starts early. La música and vibes kick off at 7 AM, and the race takes off at 8 AM sharp. We highly recommend showing up by 7 so you don’t miss the fun or the starting line.

  • Yes! Whether you’re running, walking, or perreando the whole way, Más Flow is for everyone.

  • The general event area is open to everyone, but the headliner performs inside the after party, and you’ll need a Más Flow 5K RFID wristband to get in. Runners get one included.

    Note: Friends and fam can buy a $25 spectator pass to enter the after party. Spectator passes are limited so don’t wait. Get yours here!

  • A spectator pass gives non-runners access to the after party area where Tokischa is performing. It’s perfect for friends and fam who want to join the celebration. The spectator pass does not include a race bib, event shirt, medal, or any runner perks. It’s strictly for after party access.

  • Yes. No wristband, no entry. Your RFID wristband is the only way into the after party grounds. Make sure you bring it with you on race day and keep it on. We can’t replace lost or forgotten wristbands at the gate.

  • You can register here while spots are still open. This event will sell out so don’t sleep on it.

  • No, there’s no race-day registration. Everything needs to be done online ahead of time.

  • You’ll get:

    • Más Flow 5K event shirt

    • Official bib with timing chip

    • Finisher’s medal

    • RFID wristband for after party access

  • Yes, you’ll sign it during checkout when you register online.

  • All sales are final. No refunds or transfers.

  • More details coming soon. You’ll be able to grab your shirt, bib, and wristband ahead of race day.

  • At packet pick up, we’ll ask for your expected pace per mile so we can place you in the right corral:

    • A: 7 min or less

    • B: 8 min

    • C: 9 min

    • D: 10 min

    • E: 11 min

    • F: Walkers

    This helps keep things smooth and safe for everyone.

REGISTRATION & PACKET PICKUP

  • No gear check will be provided. Please plan to travel light.

  • Yes, your bib has a timing chip and your time will be posted online after the race.

  • Yes! The GA event grounds are open to the public. Just note that the after party area is wristband access only.

    You can purchase a spectator pass here.

  • Yes, strollers are welcome. We just ask that you start in the last corral for safety reasons.
